The world needs more motivational speakers like Kathy." --Maxine Hickey, Fort Worth, Texas Kathy Goff received a B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in Education from Oklahoma State University, a M.S. in Applied Behavioral Studies from Oklahoma State University and an Ed.D. in Creativity and Adult Learning from the University of Georgia. Upon graduation from the University of Georgia, Kathy returned home to her native state of Oklahoma to pursue her passions for teaching and inventing. She served in faculty positions at Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, College of Medicine. At the same time she was teaching, she was actively involved in publishing numerous articles and presenting in the field of creativity. After achieving success in the field of education, Kathy chose to apply her skills in the business arena. She continued to serve as President of McGoff Creativity, L.L.C., a creativity research, education and inventing firm and began sharing her talents with a variety of consulting clients. She has consulted with such prestigious organizations as NASA, Philbrook Museum of Art, Girls Scouts of America, National Association of Women Business Owners, University of Tulsa and the Owen K. Garriott Science Museum. In her capacity as a business consultant, Kathy continues to build management, sales and collaborative cross functional teams for a variety of progressive organizations. She focuses on helping her clients maximize their potential in the areas of productivity, profitability, employee satisfaction/retention and customer satisfaction.
